  • All requirements are specified and frozen before.
  • A Team of Project Manager and Technical Architect assigned to assist, clarify and derive requirements at the beginning of project.
  • Generally, 4-6 Programmers are assigned.

This is to ensure that a defect-free code is released to clients. The Test team works for all the Engagement models.
