Provide technical support services for end users or partners of Oataik Technologies. The Integration Engineer – OT will play a lead role in providing implementation services for our products to include setup and processing of batch files, the configuration of real-time connectivity, evaluation and coding of client-specific rules as well as play an active role in defining/refining and delivering quality assurance testing (QA). As an Integration Engineer, the candidate will be expected to respond to both internal and external requests via multiple support ticket tracking systems.
Job Description
Provide technical support for internal and external customers of Oataik Technologies. The profile will include implementation, ongoing support, configuration and connectivity verification as well as delivery of defined QA results. The Integration Engineer will play a lead role in these functions.
Meaningful response/resolution to assigned requests within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames.
Assist install consultants & business analysts with technical aspects of new customer implementations.
Develop and deliver QA testing plans in partnership with Product Management & Product Development on new solutions, features, and system updates.
Review transaction data to identify trends and code resultant business rules.
Attend, lead and participate in internal and client meetings
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting large-scale Healthcare systems architecture, in addition to working experience with virtualized environments in the enterprise. You will get the opportunity to work directly with senior engineers at both top software vendors and service teams, influencing their roadmaps and driving innovation.
5+ years of experience working with or for companies in the healthcare and/or life sciences industries. 5+ years of customer-facing experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences technology space. 7+ years of highly technical and analytical IT experience. 3+ years experience with technologies related to cloud technologies. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.Preferred Qualifications
AN ADVANCED DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING OR MATHEMATICS IS PREFERRED.Oataik is looking to expand its team with Senior Application Developers – .NET/C# Developer. This position requires the ability to implement business requirements and design specifications into working product. This position also includes performing corrective or preventive maintenance actions on issues reported by Oataik customers.

Requirements
At least 4+ years of experience in creating backend systems with C#.net, ASP.net, Entity framework etc.
Understanding of RESTful services.
Understanding of the deployment process on IIS.
Hands-on experience with any RDMS preferably MSSQL or Postgresql.
Understanding of the various components/layers involved in a complex piece of software (e.g., Databases, Caches, APIs, UI, Security etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have worked in an Agile environment.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
